The 30-Minute Daily Reader Group

book1 min read

This year, I’ve been consciously choosing books over social media—diving into new genres, reading more slowly, more intentionally. No reading challenges, no pressure. Just me, a book, and my own pace. I don’t count pages or books anymore. I simply read when it feels right.

I’ve even developed a habit: whenever I leave the house, I carry a book with me. Just in case I find a some time to read.

Lately, I’ve noticed a lot of group study sessions happening online—people gathering virtually to learn together. But here’s the thing: I’ve always made more progress on my own. I enjoy the solitude of reading. It’s my space to breathe, reflect, and wander.

Still… a thought’s been brewing. What if I started a reader group?

Not the kind where we discuss plot twists or share book reviews. Just a quiet, cozy virtual space for like-minded folks to show up, open a book, and read silently—together—for 30 minutes. No pressure to talk. No need to share. Just read and go.

Every day.

Simple.

Intentional.

Quietly connected.
